Celebrating Australia's seasons in a most stylish manner, Spring Food & Wine is a fresh face on Brisbane's dining scene. Composed of a bistro, boutique and cooking space, encompasses all aspects of food and cooking with an emphasis on pure, seasonal dishes. An urban meets country chic aesthetic runs throughout Spring – a light, open space defined by stylish pastel hues and floor-to-ceiling shelves of ornaments, preserves and sweet goodies. Among Spring’s diverse and ever changing menu selections you might find pork and fennel ragu with house made pappardelle or wagyu sirloin with hand cut chips and Cafe de Paris butter. For dessert, Spring’s key lime pie is a citrus burst hard to resist.

The Spring Cooking School-Every Thursday Night
The Spring Cooking School is a special space – a beautifully designed and appointed room, which embodies our passion for the art of food and cooking. We promise you a memorable experience - of food, family and laughter. Classes are conducted using state of the art V ZUG appliances and only the best quality ingredients.
Thorough and informative, these classes will teach you so much more than just the recipes that you cook or are demonstrated. Our chefs have a wealth of knowledge and will share tips on everything from cooking to food and wine pairing.
The Spring Cooking School is also frequently used for corporate and team building events and offers a monthly calendar of great classes that range from beginners to specialised technique-based classes, culturally and seasonally themed as well as tailor-made classes to suit everyone.
Select a class from our list below and check what week we host. Classes alternate each week but if you have a full class of 12, or more, you can book the entire room and select any class we provide.
