Travel below the Earth's surface to the new exhibition Deep Oceans running from Friday 28 March to Monday 6 October 2014 at Queensland Museum South Bank.
Discover the dark and mysterious world in Deep Oceans with peculiar real-life creatures of the ocean in addition to fascinating myths and legends about the terrifying monsters in the sea. Be amazed by the real specimen of a giant squid especially brought to you by the Queensland Museum; get up close and personal with the beasts starring in the myths and legends floating around; and hop into a life-size replica of a bathysphere and get ready to hear some really interest stories about dives into the deep.
Deep Oceans is suitable for children between the ages of three and ten.
For children five and under, they can take advantage of the Octonauts
trail and learn about the most interesting things as they follow the
characters on their exciting journey.
